These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the temporary rental of a furnished apartment offered by the lessor to a lessee, for a period agreed between the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Description of accommodation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Two or three-bedroom apartments, each with its own exterior. Please note that all rooms are on the first floor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oiseau des Mers :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One- and two-bedroom apartments, each with its own exterior. Please note,<\/strong> All apartments in the building are accessible only by outside stairs or steps. Consequently, access is not suitable for people requiring step-free movement (e.g. wheelchairs). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Rental period<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Rentals are for a minimum of three nights, with the exception of two nights out of season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In July and August, rentals are by the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arrival times: from 4pm
Departure times: before 10am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Rates and payment terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prices vary according to season. Please refer to the calendar or contact us at +33695088378. If you book directly via our website, the full rental price will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Security deposit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A security deposit of \u20ac500 is required on arrival. It will be returned within a maximum of 30 days after departure, less any deductions made for damage, shortcomings or cleaning not carried out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Cancellation and modification<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By the tenant<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival: full refund
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount due.
No-shows: no refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the lessor<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of exceptional cancellation (force majeure, unavailability of accommodation), a full refund will be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
